...Then, this may be the most important letter you'll ever read. My name is Kevin Bostic, and I am a full time real estate investor. When I was laid off from my job as the result of a corporate merger, I realized that I had to take control of my financial destiny for both me and my family. The culmination of my ten years in the corporate world was a severance check for two weeks and a pat on the back from my former boss for a job well done.

Enough is enough - time for a change!

I knew then that I had to do something different, something very different if I ever was going to achieve the income and financial independence that I wanted for me and my family. That something, I determined, was becoming a real estate investor. In a survey about the wealthiest people in this country, I remembered reading that 95% of them built their wealth with, or hold their wealth in, real estate. So, to get myself started in my new career, I went out and spent a few thousand dollars on a couple home study courses from the 'Gurus'. Six months later, after spending many thousand dollars more following their suggestions and strategies, I had no profitable deals (In fact my first deal lost me $10,000), a lot less money and more questions than answers provided in the ‘Guru’ courses. Frustrated, yet still convinced that real estate investing was the solution I took the leap, and paid many thousands of dollars more to hire a pair of mentors to train and educate me to success.

And guess what? It worked!

With their guidance and mentorship, I started to find deals and succeed at the investing game. Now as part of a national group of experienced investors, I hope that I can show others the way to financial success, and help them avoid the costly mistakes that I personally experienced.

2. You must be willing to invest some time and some money into this business. Of course, I understand everyone’s situation is unique in this respect. But if you believe you have NO time and are unwilling to invest a DIME into your education, we will not work with you. Look I’ve personally spent well over $50,000 investing in my own real estate education. I don’t expect you to do the same. In fact, I know you will be able to surpass my education for a fraction of the price. But the truth is that commitment is measured in dollars and minutes, and if you have none to invest then you might as well stop reading this letter now.

3. You must be a team player, someone who is coachable and who is open to the ideas of others. Our student success rate is very high, and that’s because we teach a proven system. If you are hard-working, dependable, disciplined, and focused on a very clearly defined set of goals and dreams, you will succeed. We strongly believe in the concept "If you want what I have, then you must do what I did." Therefore, if you are selected and choose to participate in our program, be prepared to take our advice and guidance to heart and follow our lead. If I told you how much money you can make in this business if you follow our proven system, you would not believe me... so I'm going to keep my mouth shut on that for now.
